What We Do

The primary purpose of Iowa Atheists and Freethinkers is to provide a community for non-believers in Iowa.

Our group is run by members for members, and we depend on member volunteers to make our group successful. We strive to offer, among other things, social, educational, charitable, and community-service opportunities. Below is a partial list of the projects and events that we offer. We welcome you join us in any of these endeavors and, if you’d like, bring your own ideas to the table!

To see a schedule of events, check out our IAF Meetup Calendar on the main page by clicking on the banner above. Clicking on any of the events will take you to the corresponding entry at our MeetUp site.
